- Delivery Methods and Times
- National Shipping (Peru): Estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the city or region.
o Pick-up Option: Customers can pick up their molds at the following address: Av. De La Roca Vergallo 493, Office 1611, Magdalena del Mar – Lima.
• International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is between 7 and 20 business days, depending on the destination country.
• We offer standard and express shipping options at different rates.
- Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, order volume, and destination.
• In some cases, we offer free shipping for orders exceeding a minimum purchase amount specified in the store.
- Order Tracking
- Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking code via email or WhatsApp to monitor delivery.
- Delivery Responsibility
- Choco Diseños is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, weather conditions, or external factors.
• If the customer provides an incorrect address, the reshipment cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
• Returns due to delayed deliveries outside our control will not be accepted.
